TD Lift Consultants was founded by Derek and Tracy — a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in the lift and elevator industry. After many years working inside large manufacturers and contractors, we set out to do things differently: smaller, slower, and more personal.
From our base in Southend-on-Sea we work with property owners, building managers, architects and contractors across the UK. We're proud to be a two-person practice and we have no plans to grow. That means when you call, you'll speak to one of us — not a switchboard, not a junior, not a sales rep.
Our work is grounded in independence. We don't sell lifts and we have no commercial ties to any manufacturer or maintenance company. The advice you receive is, quite simply, the advice we'd give a member of our own family.
